BTW, that DVOR sale starts today
Since when does TSA need to approve? If your talking about having the feature that allows you to open the bag flap and expose the laptop so you dont have to take it out, no it does not have that feature.
As someone who travels weekly, its a gimmick.
If your unlucky enough to have to take off your shoes, liquids and electronics out/off, I could do that as fast as exposing a TSA approved laptop flap.
Here is a review of the TR12
For the last 5 years, I dont take off my shoes, electronics and liquids stay in the bag and I only use metal detectors. It takes me 30 second from entering the TSA check point till I am out the back side.
Check into TSA Pre(check) http://www.tsa.gov/tsa-precheck
I have the 5.11 Tactical Rush 72 bag which is a beast and I carry that loaded with a laptop, iPad and 3 hand held ham radios, night vision, Surefire E2D, Life Straw, 100 oz Camelbak insert and much more every time I travel. Yesterday from Long Beach and today to DC.

I have one I just bought. I love it. And true to form, its Multicam!!!!! I do give a squat about blending in. I would rather look tactical and menacing than a sheep.
I got a smoking deal at www.dvor.com. $250 with a $130 store credit.
They have the Tactical Rush 12 for $99 and a $30 store credit.
As usual if you are of the mind use this code and i get a small store credit.

Decided on a pair of Georgia Boots, Loggers. Cheaper here locale than online. Thanks again for all the advice

Midwest Boots has some great boots. Yes, they are on the more expensive end, but I have worn them and loved them.

I have a ton of experience with boots, related to fighting wildfires and responding to other disasters around the country.
Georgia boots ($80-100) make good cheap loggers but they are heavy. RedWings ($120+) are better, but cost twice as much.
If you want to sink some serious money in it, then go with custom boots like Whites or Nicks. I can't quote prices for them, since I haven't bought any yet myself.
All of these would come in 8" leather lace up loggers. They will wear well, and carry you through anything. But wearing loggers takes getting used to.
I also wear Ariats in a lace up roper. I love these for flatland use. They will run you about $100.
Hope this helps. BTW, the opinions I offered on the loggers also will be supported by tons of folks who do the same job. You can ask on www.wildlandfire.com. But before you ask, check out their discussion forum. It has been debated and discussed to death.
Good luck!

I love these, and you can occasionally get deals and closeouts on bellevilles, you just need to keep an eye out.

Can anyone make a suggestion about boots? I have been looking but not found anything that I like or can afford.
