The EDPara (IE; EveryDay Paracord bracelet) is something special. Normally you have just a paracord and buckle and that would be it. I've dumped a few more goodies into this and am beginning to ramp up production. (Made in the USA by a gimp at a kitchen table)
The EDPara has 12 feet of paracord in it, plus an SNR whistle, compass, P-38 can opener and ferrocerium rod.
Over the next couple weeks, I will have built a few hundred starter stock for, but I also want to give a couple away.

On to the EDCap (EveryDay Cap)
The prototype has gone to mark II under a provisional patent. I still have ten months to improve this thing before filing a full utility patent. I am no longer working with Mr. Sutus or his agency due to a serious level of malfeasance and breach of trust. I am going the process alone with a patent attorney to do all the fancy legaleze and wording.
Since I don't have the full production process down yet (again, working on the kitchen table) I can only take down notes and ideas of how the manufacture process will take shape. I'm working with a local seamstress by the name of Donna (nice old gal) who has put together the pockets for the mark II EDCap.
When I get back later I'll post some nice pictures of the mark II EDCap prototype.
Changes that have been made:
The headlamp under the bill has been waterproofed with EVA foam.
The switch for the electronics has been changed from a sliding switch to a latch contact switch.
The battery compartment has been placed under the crown, made flatter and the two batteries are flatter CR-2032s
Instead of using the older 3mm LED, I'm now using a brighter 5mm LED. While this uses more power, the use of two flat packed CR2032s makes the headlamp last 45 hours.
The bill now has a slender profile.
The pockets now have more flexible double stitching.
The two rear pockets have been merged into one large pocket and has a flap to keep larger slippery items from falling out.
The paracord bandolier buckles have been changed from 5/8 to 3/4 to allow easier removal of the paracord.
