Welcome to the board, Redman. There is alot of good information around here, but you will have to jump in. We don't bite though and everybody is always willing to help. Nobody here is an expert, but we do have alot of practical knowledge and experience floating around. If you have some specific questions and subjects you would like to find out more about, go ahead and start a thread. We have a couple of members in your general area, so keep an eye out for them.

If we cannot define a simple word like greatness, how can we ever hope to use it as a measuring stick to know when we have risen beyond average?
Hi Redman
I'm new here too, but a good group. Do get book 4 if you have read the first three. It's very good, but leaves you wanting book 5, RIGHT NOW.
Thanks for the welcome. I have my shots, biting should not be an issue. I cook well enough that my wife does not complain, but that may be because of the "complainer cooks next meal" rules.
And isn't that always the frustration? Good reads never have the next book ready quickly enough.

Again, thanks for the welcome.
Welcome redman. Love that rule! Wish it worked with kids! LOL
It does with my step daughter. The first, "but I don't like....." gets the apron.
She is 11 and we are working on cooking. If she gets the apron, we might have mac and cheese or eggs for a while, but she has stopped complaining and expanded her horizons when it comes to food.
