That's my top vote for Sarge. I think the actors in their late 60's early 70's that have been pointed out are good actors, but pushing the age limits of Sarge.

I could see this guy, David Meunier, play Morgan. He doesn't have the extra weight described as Morgan having, but fits the look of the area. He played Johnny Crowder on Justified.
