SInce Book 3 is due out soon, I decided to go back and start over with Book 1. As my lovely bride is peacefully sleeping, I come upon not just one, but within an hour of each other, two of my favorite lines. OK, my wife is just falling asleep when I get to "tastes like soap". I let out one little snortle, bringing her out of her semi-sleep. I get a little bit of "the look", but she manages to drift back off. 
A short while later, I hit "It was a snake kinda snake!", and a stifled guffaw with it.
I am now in the living room reading, where I will probably spend the rest of the night. Oh, and 3 dogs are in the bedroom.
