    I was reading on another site that you want to try to keep your bag to between 10-20% of your body weight. This is dependent on mission of course, a patrol pack will be different from a GHB which will be different from a "lone wolf" type INCH bag. Depending on where you are this might be an alternative

        What you need to be careful on is packing the bag. Since it's supported by one wheel, you must be very careful in balancing the load. I've found that packed with 50+ pounds of gear it carries like a 10 pound bag on your back, just make sure your heaviest items are centered on the frame.
