    ....a good head lamp...

Does anyone have experience with a good strong head lamp?
We hunt [legally] problem animals at night on foot eg jackal, bush pig ,spring-hare and porcupine-mostly without dogs.

Especially the very aggressive bush-pig could be dangerous if you do not have enough light though

The porcupine are ok if you can just see what is going on at night and keep out of the way of those foot-long quills--sometimes with thick dust as well that play havoc in torch ligt!.

As such, a good bright head lamp [hands free] that is better than the small one's used for camping etc is a must.
I ordered this one from your neck of the woods ,and am interested to know if anyone here had any experience with one?
Danforce, LED 10 000 lumen for 2-3 hours, water resistant and on low beam a battery life of about 7 hours

I will be using this one during our winter in a couple of months and will then put mine to the test.
The initial testing in and around the house are very encouraging.
