DIY RV/tent swamp cooler that doesn't use ice

I spent a lot of time on this project. It works best in desert conditions (outside of monsoon season) but it doesn't have to be bone dry to work. It also doesn't use ice, which was a huge requirement of mine for this project.

It's a portable swamp cooler that doesn't cost too much to build, is light, and breaks down very easily. It takes very little electricity to run so you could just use a car battery with portable solar panel.
