Leakstopper roof patch

I've never used this stuff but for $5-8/gallon i'd be willing to pick some up to have on hand JIC. Its on clearance at some stores for as low as $5

I've used Leak Stopper Clear Patch, which I recommend highly. It's the only thing I've found to stop the leak around my furnace vent. (Metal roof)
